Death anniversary of Shri Hemanta Bose will be observed in a befitting manner on 20 February, 2010 near 'Akasbani Bhavan' at 9 a.m. Wreath placing will be arranged on behalf of State Government. Apart from Govt. officials, other persons will also pay their homage on the occasion.
