The State Government has declared that all Offices under the Government of West Bengal with the exception of the Office of Registrar of Assurance, Kolkata and the Office of the Collector of Stamp Revenue, Kolkata shall be closed at 2 P.M. on 3rd February, 2010 to mark respect to the memory of Shri Mrinal Banerjee, Minister In-charge, Department of Power and Non-conventional Energy Sources who has passed away today.
